Looking back

The silence around me whispers. It’s time to retire for the night.
I lay on the bed, looking through the darkness, trying to paint with brushes of my imagination.
I stay confused with the colors though.
It’s been an usual day.
An usual day, where I kept thinking about her, for almost an hour.
Her arrival, the most extraordinary moment of my life. She came with the winds of hope, illuminating my mind when I was trapped in some paradoxes of usual life.
She pulled me out of the maze.
There were lots of she, each one of them was a delight in their own way.
But they had to go on their paths, so I bid goodbye.
You were there for a day, you were there for a month, you were there for a year.
Yet, you changed me, made me understand myself.

And I walk along.
